Experience and Background:
She discovered her love for yoga in 2010 when she began practicing at a small power yoga studio near her college campus. As her passion and practice grew, Bri completed her 200 Hour Vinyasa Teacher training through Mark Stephens at Santa Cruz Yoga in 2012. After a year teaching in California, Bri felt inspired to learn more about the body, and enrolled in Massage Therapy School in Costa Rica. After completing her 600 hour Massage Therapy program, she stayed in Costa Rica to manage a yoga studio where she taught vinyasa classes daily.
Bri is passionate about creating a balanced and creative relationship in body, mind, and spirit. Bri’s enthusiasm and love of the outdoors, nature, and adventure has lead her to Colorado where she can be found hiking, biking, drinking kombucha, practicing yoga and acro yoga with her fiancé Blake, and exploring the world wildly!

Bri cultivates her knowledge to develop unique, creative, and challenging Vinyasa flow classes that are accessible and fun for everyone. She is grateful to be able to share her passion for yoga while learning more as a teacher and student in every moment.
