In Yin, we explore the deeper tissues of the body that are often bypassed in more active forms of practice. We will explore what it means to be willing to feel, and how that tool can transform your life off the mat and in the world.

At the depth of the Yoga Nidra practice, the subconscious – where our most embedded tensions are stored – becomes relaxed, open, and free to express. We pass through the deepest part of our sleep every night and normally don’t have access to working with it.

Prepare to uncover the treasures buried in your unconscious.

In this workshop you will:
  • Nourish Your Nervous System
  • Experience whole-being relaxation
  • Re-enliven a deep connection with yourself
  • Nurture body, mind, heart and soul
  • Learn tools and practices that you can use in your everyday life
Workshop Teachers: Miranda Viorst and Selena Lael Magram

Guest Teacher Selena Lael Magram has been passionately studying yoga, dance, and self-transformation work for over 15 years, and has been on a practicing spiritual path for over 30. Her offerings incorporate meditation, movement exploration, mindfulness, emotional freedom, and more for transformation of body, mind, emotions, and spirit. She is certified in Massage Therapy, Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Dance.

Miranda Viorst teaches what works. As a devoted student of the Yoga and Tantra traditions, Miranda has spent years digging with curiosity and passion into the pieces of the practice that change people’s lives. Miranda teaches from heart, from laughter, from lived experience, and from her own academic research. Her events offer the perfect blend of ancient wisdom and modern twist, sincerity and silliness, contemplation and play. A certified RYT-500 trained in Vinyasa, Yin, Hot, Restorative, and Forrest Yoga, Miranda shares her offerings in her regular classes in Colorado, as well as assorted trainings and workshops.

We live in a chronically exhausted, overstimulated world. Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of complete relaxation, holistically addressing our physiological, neurological, and subconscious needs.– Rod Stryker
