Workshop: Keeping Your Feet Strong and Healthy

Our feet are at the bottom of the pile, we don’t see them often, and we don’t treat them so well. “Stuff” builds up down there, and the body’s cleansing mechanisms lose potency over time. We call this the aging process, and while inescapable, we can age gracefully. This workshop will help you understand how we can reverse the impact of time and gravity on the feet. You’ll learn how to regain and maintain healthy feet and the importance of doing so. Your whole body will love it!

This workshop opens with a short slide show and anatomy presentation to provide a framework for specific issues and questions people have about feet.
