Kundalini Yoga

The practice of Kundalini Yoga, handed down by Yogi Bhajan, works to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, and teaches you to harness the energy of the mind and the emotions. While Kundalini incorporates the use asana, mudra, pranayama, mantra (sound current) and meditation, each class has a particular focus which means techniques can vary over time. Suited for all levels, some classes are physically demanding, while others require more mental stamina. The ultimate purpose of Kundalini Yoga however, is to foster deep meditation and to elevate one’s consciousness and awareness.
