Experience and Background:
Since 1980 I have practiced massage and other forms of bodywork. A car accident in 1995 left me with 24 broken bones including 4 vertebrae, 4 cranial bones as well as a traumatic head injury. My healing journey led me to yoga and I feel better now (physically, mentally and emotionally) than I did before the accident. Yoga has been a huge part of my life.
After years of suffering in the illusion of separateness, I am committed to more connection and more presence with myself and with everything. I also focus on not taking any illusions too seriously. I have found Avita Yoga to be an especially effective way to build more connection and to experience more presence.
