Experience and Background:
Rani has been teaching yoga since 1997 in the U.S. and Asia. She has studied with many great teachers in different traditions, including Ashtanga, Anusara, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Hot and Yin. She did her first teachers training in India in 1996, and it was during that trip that her yoga mat became her magic carpet and forever haven and friend. Inspired by the many impactful teachers she has studied with as well as a deep dive into the healing arts and psychology, she weaves into her classes a nourishing blend of alignment, flow and heart. She has had a dedicated daily yoga practice for many years and delights in sharing her passion for embodiment and health. She also integrates her self discovery, dedication to her spiritual path and her work as a Somatic Therapist in her teaching.
I believe we aren’t “human beings having a spiritual experience yet spiritual beings having a human experience” Life is precious and thru the body we can access greater opening, freedom and a connection with a bigger source. As we fill up our inner well, we have that much more to share and offer in the world!

In Rani’s classes students will be guided to connect deeply with their body, breath, heart and spirit. Rani caters her classes for all levels offering beginners modifications and advanced students options for taking poses further. Most importantly~ Rani emphasizes a deep listening and tuning into the teacher with in honoring what feels right each moment. Rani’s classes are well rounded offering a complete opening for the body and opportunity to connect with the heart and spirit!
