This class integrates Vinyasa style yoga with modern strength training techniques. It’s a high energy workout designed to tone your body and increase metabolism. Sandwiched between a traditional yoga warm-up and cool-down is a series of strengthening exercises that use light hand-weights to tone, strengthen and balance the body. Give it a go!
