2 Question Survey


Feedback (especially the sometimes negative or constructive kind) is important for the success of any business. Business owners develop the uncanny skill of reading problems that deter customers before they happen, but these days where interaction has diminished, even this indirect feedback is lacking. Maybe you’ve noticed an increase in surveys? I sure have. We are not alone in wanting to know what you, our customer is thinking so we can adjust and do better.

I created a simple survey that you might even find mildly entertaining. Just two questions that I would appreciate you using a moment to answer. Don’t hold back.
