Your safety is our number 1 concern

Governor Polis issued a decree that face masks must be worn inside public spaces at all times. We’ll therefor be teaching classes according to the new guidelines until further notice. Please wear your mask into the studio and throughout the duration of your practice. We continue to sanitize props after each use. Please wash your hands before and after class. Bolster covers are available for $20. Whether in person or online, we are here for you.

The state of Colorado has increased the number of participants in gyms and yoga studios to 50 people total or 25% of capacity, whichever is fewer. This leaves us at our current offering of 20 people in the studio. So far we have yet to reach our maximum of 20 although we have come close a couple times. We strongly encourage you to preregister for you classes here. Once you have created an account and sign in, you will see the option for Live-streaming or In Person. If the In Person option is not displayed then we have met our quota.

Colorado Department of Health Update

As we continue to offer live-streaming classes, we slowly and carefully prepare the studio for in-person classes. We are able to have up to 20 people in the room now, but are starting with 10. Spacing is 6′ apart. Masks are required upon entry to the studio and recommended while practicing but not required. We have great ventilation, lots of volume in the apace and we encourage slow, breathing through the nose. All of which greatly minimize the speed of aerosols. Reopening with your safety is our number 1 concern

As we slowly reopen the classroom space, we are limiting class size to 4, including the teacher. Yoga studios and gyms have officially been granted class sizes of 10 as long as they maintain 6′ distance between people. We easily have the space for this and over time, we’ll slowly increase the number of people in the room. We have a voluminous space with great ventilation, but of course we’ll continue to assume that we are safer at home.

Please sign up before arrival. You will have the option to enroll for live-streaming or in-person class. Once the allotted number is reached for the live-streaming, it will no longer be presented as an option. Remember, if you don’t find a time that fits your schedule, you can choose from one of the many recorded videos in the Replay library.

Here are the steps we are taking to insure your safety:

  • Safe distancing upon entry
  • Minimum 6′ space in the classroom
  • Doors to outside open if necessary
  • Masks worn upon entry but optional during class
  • Mats and blocks are sanitized after use and set aside for 1 week before rotating back into usable inventory
  • Sandbags and straps are sprayed with alcohol and set aside for 1 week before rotating back into usable inventory
  • Locker rooms and bathrooms are sanitized after each class and fully cleaned weekly
  • No access to showers
  • No lingering inside the studio before or after class

Classes will start June 1, 2020. We will be monitoring Colorado safety guidelines and responding accordingly.
